A simple basic preparation, which is made by hand without a mixer and without a planetary mixer. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon, wait for the dough to rise, fold and shape into sandwiches. Once leavened in the pan, they should be dusted with flour to favor the fragrant crust and finally carved with scissors so as not to create deformations in contact with the heat! A few minutes in the oven at maximum power and you will get delicious soft and fragrant sandwiches! which believe me have nothing to envy to those bought! Store in a lunch bag in a pantry and consume within 3-4 days.
Or in the fridge if it's too hot and if we want to enjoy them hot we can heat them for a few seconds in the microwave and they will be perfect.
