Description

Like any classic recipe there are different versions and many variations mainly for the shape: rosettes, ciambattine, loaves. What I'm giving you today is the classic recipe for making sandwiches. A simple basic preparation, which is made by hand without a mixer and without a planetary mixer. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon, wait for the dough to rise, fold and shape into sandwiches. Once leavened in the pan, they should be dusted with flour to favor the fragrant crust and finally carved with scissors so as not to create deformations in contact with the heat! A few minutes in the oven at maximum power and you will get delicious soft and fragrant sandwiches! which believe me have nothing to envy to those bought! Perfect to use instead of bread, to accompany main courses, but also to be filled as desired with what you like for a meal in the office but also for a snack at school or break! Try them and you will see what a unique goodness! Making bread at home is much simpler than you think, the recipe is step by step for sure success!
