Figs&Gorgonzola Pasta is a first course that plays on balanced contrasts. The sweetness of figs and the flavor of cheese.

Apparently it may seem like a somewhat risky combination, but in reality it wins you over at the first taste. The predominant flavor will be that of gorgonzola. Initially we will have the sensation of eating spaghetti with gorgonzola. Then we will perceive the sweetness of the figs. Perfect for all occasions when we want to amaze, starting with a romantic dinner for two. I love experimenting and I love using fruit even more in savory dishes. I find that sweet and savory in the same dish enhances the taste. To prepare these spaghetti we need very few ingredients. Therefore, as in all simple dishes we choose excellent quality raw materials. Thereโ€™s nothing left to do but get to work.

Letโ€™s put on our aprons and start preparing the spaghetti with gorgonzola and figs.
